Eagle Field presents the 3rd annual Hot Rod Gathering 1/8th Mile Runway Drags Saturday October 8th, 2011. This years guest is Tom Scardina and his Hudson G***er that Tom built in 1964 for NHRA F-Gas and H Modified Production. It also ran I, J and Kgas and AHRA Formula 9 Super Stock, winning it's cl*** at the AHRA Winter Nationals @ Lions Drag Strip in 1968. We should have a great Field of HAMB Dragsters, I also plan on making the first p***es in my Twin Engine Dragster at this event and we will have MANY cars you won't see race anywhere else. Prices are $15 Gen Admission (13 and under FREE), Race Entry $25 (after Gen Admission), overnite camping is FREE, a FREE Show and Shine area (after Gen Admission) is reserved Trackside for 73 & Earlier vehicles and Swap Spaces are available. 3rd Annual HOT ROD Gathering Schedule Note Changes* If your not Pre-Registered you must purchase your TECH Card to RACE at the Front Gate by 11:30 Saturday October 8th! Friday October 7th Gate Opens 12PM - 7PM * TECH Open 4PM - 7PM in front of Hanger * Saturday October 8th Gate Opens 7AM TECH Open 8AM - 12PM in front of Hanger * "DOOR CAR" Racing starts @ 10AM * Dragsters, Exhibition, Mini Bikes Start @ 12PM after Opening Ceremonies and return at the top of each hour up to and including 5PM Door Cars Race between Dragster, etc. sessions and until 6PM RACING ENDS 6PM SHARP! Eagle Field only has Cl*** Run-Offs in HAMB and C/Gas Dragster Awards are given to these Champions and Cl*** Favorite awards are given to the Favorite G***er, Hot Rod, Stock, Muscle Car, King of Speed, Mini Bike, Open Comp, and Modified, with no cl*** runoffs Event will be Flag Start Run What Cha Brung and Run All Day Only 1973 and earlier unless arrangements are made in advance Motorcycles are invitation only No Stationary or Water Burnouts allowed No Traction Aide will be applied to the Runway Racers must be 18 years old Car Show is a "Show and Shine" with no awards, the show does allow '73 and earlier vehicles preffered parking in the Spectator area for FREE after paid General Admission, SEE Map below SECURITY will be watching for Spectators who park in and block pit areas, if you have a guest please fit them in your pit area. Spectators who block Pit spaces or park in the Show and Go area will be TOWED!
Getting a ****** ready for our car thats driven by Jeana Wallace, Joe Roseberrys Grand Daughter. Looks like we'll have at least 5 cars attending unless there are some suprises. Who will take home the hardware?

Eagle field is a GO!!!! For tomorrow helicopters were flyin low and blowin water puddles out of the way and drying everything up LET'S GO DRAGRACING!!!!!!!
What a GREAT event! Rocky, YOU ARE the MAN! You and your volunteers worked your ***es off so spectators like my son and I could watch great side by side racin'. Thank You!
Rocky is a wizard. he took the mud away, even gave us a little dust by the afternoon. Definitely a great meet and "The Evil Twin" was awesome icing on the cake. If you can't have fun at Eagle Field you are definitely beyond hope!
