This winter will involve a little rust repair and fixing the gas tank. Hopefully we will also see juice brakes and a dropped axle before the Midwest warms up this spring!

I LOVE that Volvo. It looks like my Ford's Swedish cousin.

Just pulled the wheels off yesterday and started the dis***embly. I figure this is a good time to start as the weather is comfortable, finally. When it goes back together it will have new black paint, new vintiques, a fresh engine, rebuilt transmission, disc brakes and red leather interior. I have everything lined up, it is just working the game plan from here.

Building Season is RIGHT. Working hard towards completing '33 for the Lone Star Round-up. Hope to have it painted and ready to Cruise by then.

The leaves have changed color up here so it's time to put together the "to do list" so I can drive the 33 in the spring. It's not as hard as when you have a running car to put away. I have to finish putting the body together and a few things on the ch***is and it should be a driver when all the white stuff disappears.

Putting a floor in my 62 Biscayne. Hoping to build the ch***is for my T Coupe. Converting my O.T. Drag Car from an automatic to a 4 speed. My best friend, Willie, the 11 year old chocolate Lab loves laying on the garage floor. Maybe a bus ride up to Detroit in February. I am not dreading the cold Ohio winter one bit.

I'll drive mine until the first time the roads are salted. So that is the first ice or snow storm usually in November. Once the salt is on the roads that 's it for me until Spring. Even with the roads dry, once salted the salt dust gets into every nook and cranny.

Yep, certainly is. I have been out in the garage the last couple of weekends and making progress on the Sport Coupe. I got the clutch linkage in last weekend. Not sure if it's adjusted correctly yet. The weekend before I got the torque tube bolted up and shortened the inner drive shaft. I love the cooler weather now.

I think what Paul said real true. My cowl I bought came in todat still had washington blue paint on it an 80 year old part. On a buget you only buy enough parts to take you to the next step. Today was reload time oxygen and acytelene and mig wire and tips those normal expense items like nuts & bolts. Oh and all those grinder rocks and panda paws !! I will post some progress photos on my duece soon but now I need to go buy #5 blast sand !!
