well didnt have to work today cause of the rain so i wanted to tie up some loose ends and fix some things on the car before i drove it much more. good thing i did too i found out the cross bar holding my trunk floor/gas tank up had broken loose do to my hastly done welds. turns out welds dont stick to nice to rusty painted metal mmm who woulda thought:rolleyes:

So i took some pics of a few things as i went and thought i would share. just cause i love seeing my car posted on the internet:D first i made some purty little satin white scallops. but now im thinking it needs more but i must have restraint. Last week i got a bunch of these 30-6 shells and bought some bullets to put on em. i thought they would be cool as little valve cover bolt toppers. so they got drilled and tapped. allso added two to the plate on the back but they look kinda funny.

i allso fix the gas leak on the sending unit today since i made my scraping blocks to throw sparks. just thought it would be a bit safer doing that with out the whole gas leak thing.
and since i have to pull the air tank for the bags out of the way i wanted to clean up the lines and re do a few things so it would stop leaking down when i drove it. but i took a shot of behind the tank so all can see all that is bagged chevy.

ok i typed to much just look at the damn pics i guess!!!!

Good god's Bry! What a novel for you!!:D I agree, you should have taken that scallop out further on the bottom......use that lump 3 foot above your wallet chain! Then use some red one shot and outline it so it gives it depth. Just a thought! I know yer partial to blue but it's too dark on your black. Maybe yellow?? Something fun!

i can make more shoot me a pm if ya want some. there a pain in the ass to drill and tap but i can hook ya up.:D

well i just got back from my first run dragging it!! what a sight that had to be. 45mph and a shower of sparks shooting from under it. went thru the intersection with it dragging i wonder what the people sitting at the light must have thought:eek: prob thought it was broke haha;) and im outlining it in lime green i think. what do you all think about another scallop on the rear qtr or maybe a longer one on the inside of the front one???
i think it needs just a bit more to set it off. i cant make the one i have longer cause where i put it it would be right into the door seam and would look dumb..

now i need to find some one to take pics of it dragging:p

Love the bullets; gotta' have them there jacketed holler points (gotta' use the hillbilly accent). :D

The scallop needs a black band in front of it at least as wide as the vertical part of the scallop. Longer - especially on the bottom - would be better too.

It's a SERIOUS Rhino! Funnest little car I've ever had the pleasure to ride in!:D Bry do a lime green outline on that scallop!!! Maybe do another scallop on the same plane line as the first, but going the opposite direction.........if that just made any sense at all?!? Give us a real good side view of it for some photo-chopping!:D
