Just unloaded my next project. Its a 1932 plymouth PB. No motor or tranny, but that leaves things open to lots of choices... was owned locally and stored after the first owner got another car in the late 30's. The shed around it started falling down and he gave/sold it to the fellow I got it from. He was going chevy power but I think Mother Mopar is more in tune with this one.. The frame was sand blasted and painted some time ago, and is great.. some work need on the body where the shed pushed in the roof some.. but nothing serious...
I really like the 34 4 door sedans..I think they look great full fendered and slammed in the weeds! What is this ones future? If you decide to go fenderless, I may know someone who would buy the fenders.
Great Score! Blow everybody's mind and put a slant 6 in it. I know where there is one thats been warmed up and is sporting a 4 barrel.
Wow,what a great car to start with, looks soild as a rock. 38,066 of those bad boys were built in 32.(not alot) Please keep us posted on your build. thanks for sharing.
Outstanding score! Congratulations. Best of luck with your build. You might want to consider a baby hemi to keep it all Mopar. I'm putting a 241 in my PB roadster:
Awesome find man. It amazes me how much stuff is still out there, especially in our neck of the woods. I just pulled this one out of a barn locally on Oct. 1st. Took me a year to get off him. Same deal, stuffed in the barn in the late '40s. This one was hit in the front, thats probably why it was parked. I to am having problems choosing a powerplant. I don't want to go SBC, but I have a 265 w/cast iron powerglide sitting on the shop floor. I would prefer to go flathead six.
