Need TH 350 rebuilt in Austin, Tx (or core exchange)

Anyone know who i should call to have a TH 350 rebuilt in Austin Tx? It's slipping real bad in 3rd, and yes...it's got fluid. I'd prefer to do a core exchange but after two calls, doubt that will happen. Let me know what ****** shops I should call.
