Hey guys, So I have a 1960 Chevy Parkwood Wagon sitting in my garage in need of work. Up until 5 years ago it was my daily driver, and my only car. It has the typical (for that year) rot in the roof over the rear window, and rear side windows. Basically anywhere the drip rail was the roof has rotted. Is it worth trying to find a clean donor car, or should I just try to make some patch panels? I measure the edge of the roof as being a regular curve with a 3" radius. Can I buy generic drip rail somewhere? I built this car myself and am great mechanically, just a little lacking when it comes to appearances. Woody
Yeah, that will follow. I was just kind of hoping to get the input of someone who has done this before. Its pretty common on these cars. I will shoot some pictures in the next day or so.
I also have a 1960 chevy parkwood wagon that has rot in the rear corner (drivers side). I have had my car now for about 2 years and this problem has been also holding me up. If anyone has fixed this problem I would like to see how they did it. Sarg
