Shoebox/flathead radiator q

    Well, I just got a '49 Ford Tudor with a 53 Merc flatty in it. The radiator has a buncha holes in it so here's my question. Should I get the original radiator recored or get a $200 aluminum rad and have the extra outlet/inlet holes fitted to it?

    Depends on how much they'll charge you to recore the original. I payed about $400.00 to get my 49 re-cored...

    Na, I'm talking about a cheapo Griffin or somethin' :D
