Thanks guys, I definitely will miss it, but I've never been one to hold onto things for much longer than a few years. Onto the next!

Glad that it's staying in "the family", anyway. Beautiful roadster, great job building it, and congrats to its newest caretaker.

Congrats on the sales and sounds like its going off to a good home. Always thought your roadster was just dead-on! Looking forward to seeing what you build next!

congrats on the sale andy. i dont know how you part with them like you do. but each one gets better, so i know we all have something awesome to look forward to.

  7. Damn it,
I just wrote 14 guys and told them you probably had one for sale. :D

Hey I got an idea you keep the flatty stuff and trade me your 3 window for my sedan. you can cut the roof off if you want a roadster. ;)

Timeless, Very nice and traditional. The new owner has a very sweet Hot Rod.

  9. Saw it at a show last spring, had a good long look. The friend I was there with asked me which was my favourite car, I didn't have to think too hard. I'd have a hard time parting with it that's for sure.

It's a tough car to let go of I'm sure but the next one will be just as killer and more I'm also just as sure. Like others I to looked and looked at it for styling queues and such, an icon of sorts of a traditional build. But, it went to another HAMBr and that's a good thing - now I'm looking forward to the next build - what's on tap? We're all ready and waiting ..... :) ....

A chunk of the proceeds from the sale of the roadster will be going to fund my full custom '57 Ranchero project, I also just traded some spare parts for a '25-ish dodge touring front half that would make a killer track-nosed modified... hmmm...

A beautiful, cl***ic roadster. I would have a hard time letting that one go, but considering your skills, next one might be better.
Wouldn't it be nice to have the $$$ to keep them all & keep building?
