Look in 'Cool Cars Square Roll Bars', inside cover..Was Doug Gilbert's, Newington, CT (1955). When we first saw it, it belonged to Dave Bristol. It was blue. Then Dave sold it to our friend Felix Campagnoulo. Felix sold it to our good friend Scot Cave. Scot did all the work on it and gave it the new green color and the Caddy Engine...It looks great, don't you think???

It looks AWESOME! I knew it was an old hot rod. I thought that was Scott lurking nearby. Does he still have his deuce sedan? I wish I knew flatoz was in town I would've said hello.

Yes, Scot still has his Sedan. Brought Corey & his Dad to Scot's house yesterday to check it out. And yes, we took them there in our hot rods!! We should have had a Meet & Greet...thought about it too late....

i just love tha green roadster. You can tell just by looking at it that its an old hot rod from back in the day. Cl*** just oozes from it. I think, besides forleadsledmerc's car, that roadster was my favorite car of the day. just awsome.

 

But Keith ya have to admit the picture is funny!!And just think theres the real person out that who actually thinks the pic of themself is cool!!lol

Just want to thank the organisers for a great event ( 100%matt is the main one I know of) my dad and I had a great time. got in from the drive from Hershey at 3am and made it out there mid morning. Thanks to Laura and Ron for chauffeuring us out in style. Was a perfect day for a ride in a roadster and the weather held out.

really enjoyed the show, a smaller laid back cool affair, saw a few cars I had seen on here , in person. 327-365HP. I saw you and your mate drive in, dad and I spent a fair bit of time going over your cars, didn't realise it was your car, as in your avatar the flames are hardly noticeable. really enjoyed your rides.

this is a cl*** event, the location is fantastic, the cars and people were all cool and the chili was pretty good to ( was a little mild for my general liking but tasty as!)

I know if I was a local, this event would be on my calendar every year. I'm really glad we made the effort to leave Hershey on the Friday night and make the drive up to CT it was well worth it.
