Springfield, MO NSRA Mid America Nationals this weekend

Before I get blasted for going to a NSRA event, I want you all to know that I go to these events to meet up with people that I do not see often and to look at a few cars. I do not look at the NSRA as a political group.

We will be along the south side of the fairgrounds, usually about the top of the hill just on the gr*** and off of the asphalt. We have some fun planned and you are welcome to stop by. I will be the gray haired guy, wearing Levis and a hot rod T shirt, with a cold adult beverage in my hand.

I'll be there... hopefully buying up parts for my ford in the swap area.
I'm sure it'll be a good time.
And how are you supposed to spot a gray hair w/ a hotrod shirt on??? lol That'll be about 80% of the population out there.

 

I will definately be there. Young guy. Hot Rod Shirt. I guess me and JimC will both be wishing we had a cold adult beverage in our hands.

I plan to go as well. I didn't think it was a bad show last year; just don’t forget to grab your “Billet-Blocker” shades. Seems like there was a pretty good vendor’s area and a small swap meet. I’ll be drivin’ miss daily to the show because, odd as it seems neither one of my 50+ year old vehicles is welcome on the grounds, (too new, as I understand it) and I don’t think I want to park my truck “a****st the heathens” in the public lot.

I’ll be one of the “slightly” gray haired guys in a t-shirt. New to the area, but I'll see if I can pick out any HAMB members in the crowd.

 

The weekend weather for Springfield is predicted to be upper 70's with only a chance of isolated showers on Sunday. There should be a good turnout. Just saw 3 rods headed west on I-44 p***ing through Rolla. I'm pumped. Come look us up guys. Sam
