I bought this shifter in hopes it would work on a early Ford T10 as it has the "kicked" reverse arm on it just like a Hurst 391-8789, (which is what I need). NOT! It has a square nut tigged on the side which looks to have come like that, with 1/4-28 threads, the holes for linkage are 3/8 for 2 arms and 5/16 for the reverse arm so it is obviously an OEM shifter. It has 760123E stamped in the side, and 0029 on back (where most are 2083). I have googled it to no end with no luck, but would like to know what its for. Hurst's site is of no help either, Any help would be appricated......
