Can anybody fill in the blanks and/or confirm head number applications?

I know there are many "running changes" by GM and there are often crossovers near model year changes.

There seems to be consensus on #7, #8 and especially #10 heads and that #14 and above are from 371's.

The info below is mostly from searching this board.

    no# '49, '50
    #1 ?
    #2 '52
    #3 '53
    #4 ?
    #5 ?
    #6 ?
    #7 '54
    #8 '55
    #9 ?
    #10 '56
    #11 ?
    #12 ?
    #13 ?

    Thanks.

    I had an early 303, Maybe a 49' which had no number on the head but 303's are usually #2, 54' (324)#7, 55' (324)#8, 56' (324)#10, 57 & 58' (371) # 14 &16.

Thanks. You are confirming what I have read.

Somebody had #3 heads on Ebay. I am wondering if any other numbers got into production or were possibly used for other applications.
