  3. Not super HAMB friendly, independant front and rear but its still a very nice little truck that drives like a dream.

    BTT, I'm working on one now and am keen to see some more pics... to chop or not to chop that is the question ;)
    Show me some chops and full fenders, the jury is out as to how well it works....

    I personally don't like them chopped, it seems to throw off the porportion between the top and the bed. Then I saw one that was chopped about 3" and the bed was sectioned the same amount. That was the first one that I liked chopped. Here is a pic of mine, unchopped.

    dont have any pics on the lap top yet,,, but... 40 pickup 350/350 dropped axle, 10bolt rear,no heat or air. nice dependable driver though!
     
  15. My '40, undergoing transformation. Final color will be green, wheels will be different, not sure yet on what that will be. The engine is the 8ba in my avatar.

    Click "Go Advanced" then the paper clip symbol. Then browse your pics, select and click "upload". Scroll to the bottom and click "close this window". Now, let's see those truck pics!

    So here is mine. 40? 41? column shift. Twin Appleton Spots. Sunken radio antenna. Rolled and pleated red white interior. Full tonneau, vintage decals. Now its in NH, but does anyone know anything about it? On the door The Hippodrome Vintage Race Cars... "Rex Mays" on the hood. 53 Merc engine.

    heres my junk, years in progress, out of money:mad:

    will be all air bagged, late model fuel injection, ac power everthing.

    gettin old and lazy and want a ride and comforts of a 2010, but look almost like a stocker all steel, NO fiberglass.
