Why make a faux wiper? Why not just install a real one? If you are gonna say "not enough room", look into Mighty Wipers. I installed one under a stock '32 header panel and you can't tell anything from the outside or inside.
Yo - you glued them wipers on over a week ago,......any update on that thing? Video of it running? Where you at?
Rotofaze distributor would not go into the timing cover because of the fabbed hold down the welds on the inside needed to be filed down more ..huge pain in the ***.The stock distributor would clear but the rotofaze wouldnt...Anyways...its going back together...
Honest Opinion Wanted: Got this California Kid Nerf Bar, I think it sticks out too far..Should I have it shortened? Or Ditch it?

Looks better without it. Looks like it's not made for the car even though I like the design. You car looks like a drag car to me....I would take it off and forget about it. Your front end is far up enough you shouldn't hit anything. Looking great by the way.
Hey I have it here..I can bring it to you now!..Im not using it..just got it from Pete and Jakes last month
Rotofaze distributor installed and plug wires cut...Crankcase filled with Royal Purple Motor Oil, ready to fire up again..just need to modify the 1961 Hurst Shifter Handle and install window fuzzies and its off to the upholstery shop to finish!
Today is a great day, the 34 came back home to the East Bay and into Super Auto Upholstery in Hayward,Ca. It is now a running and moving car.
Thats not my work, thats some very talented North Bay Area guys i got lucky to help on this build: Kevin Gallagher (Gallaghers Oil Farm in Napa,Ca),Matt Seret(Seret Speed and Custom in Vallejo,Ca),Body and Paint by Brandon Penserini and Reymundo Of Altissimo Restorations in Napa,Ca.
I cant wait to get it home and tune the carbs and clean the damn whitewalls that are now brown walls. Also need to mess with the fuel gauge. Its not registering. Most likely a bad ground.
