I'm on a T1 at work... it seems normal speed to me, which isn't break-neck-speed fast, but it all seems to be running smooth to me.

I just did a ctrl alt delete to see what the hell was slowing it down I guess it must be a server problem then

 

Now it's cruising, now I can get back to wasting the states tax dollars!!!
