What do you think of my new custom console (other than the ****py spotwelds...)

Small hole where clock was is a drink holder, and the old gauge hole is for the shifter to come thru...

Glove box door still hinged and will be a great place for storage.

Thinking it will be body color (maroon) with some cool white pinstriping all over

left side done! ready for finish welding, body work and paint.

Going to wire the ignition switch, starter ****on, and neutral safety switch thru tubing attached to the underside and terminate with a plug so it is remove-able. should have pics up this week.

Kinda looks like a duck bill on the end?

    quick question

If the seats, door panel, and headliner are white, the carpet is black, the window trim and console are maroon (body color) what color should the shifter boot be, white or black?

I dig it. Great job. I would upholster it...but then again, I am biased being that I am an upholsterer.
