Event Coverage HAMB activity G.G. Charlotte, N.C.

I am going to G.G. show in Charlotte, N.C. next week end, will there be any HAMB activity or functions there????? Thanks Larry

 

Be in the area Friday evening for the Iron Lords pre-party in Concord proper. Showing "Sweet Sickness", the flathead movie by Atomic Industries. Plus a really cool gathering of some of the trickest rods and customs, and some of the raddest folks you could ever dream about.

Saturday, I think JJ and da Lords are trying to organize a meet-n-greet in the north end of the infield....maybe @ noon????

Look for the HAMB banner and all the traditional rods...that'll be the biggest clue!

Pending a short test run, I plan to be there in the 27... first time out of state with it. Any room for me at the movies?

And.. any recommendations on el-cheap-o motels in the show area? Thanx, Gary

 

Try kannapolis for hotels, may save a little bit and its close. The Party Friday night will be the highlight of the weekend. I can't wait! See you all there.

I do not know if BANNANA PUDDING is going to be served ... but when I was there ... The BANNANA PUDDING was worth a trip from most anywhere

Man, I hope you're right! I saw a forecast for liquid stuff Friday night. Maybe it will move on through early. Pack a good jacket, though. Looks like mid-50's for a high Friday and Saturday!

Well.... the frontend came off, stripped the firewall, painted it back seafoam, cleaned the front frame, added a hefty sway bar, A donor motor went in (mine is getting a "little" freshening in the form of a stroker..) lets see..... just tryed to clean it up and restore a few things back to the way it use to be. Cleaned out the gastank and lined it as well as painted it etc.... finally got the floor mat in it, addressed alot of the wiring issues... and so on... and so on... and so on. So tonight the last few little lines go on then Justin is headed out tomorrow night to help me get the body gaps lined back up.

 

Cool! Look forward to seeing the changes. You WILL be there Friday night, right?

With deep regrets I will have to cancel Charlotte this weekend.

If anybody needs it I am pre-registered, Mrs. Trucked Up says, I will confirm it when I get to the shop tomorrow morning. Just pay the postage/priority mail to you and its yours.......... But I would like to have the event fridge magnet in the registration packet.......

This is a heartbreaker.

Wake up east coast!!

Spent all night working on my car trying to get it together and now have fuel blowing out of one of my 94's... Gotta love it....

 

Got a list of request. Depending on the U.S.P.S I'm sure one will work out.
