I did a search on the HAMB and found nothing. I just bought a set of Kelsey Hayes 40 spoke wheels and they had a real good set of Columbia Deluxe Whites on them. I found a dealer that has the last from what they say is NOS and I'm wondering if it's a good idea to pick up a few before they are gone.
Denman was the first manufacturer of wide whites, I believe, after the major companies stopped making them. Since there are now numerous options I would not buy any to use for long distance driving.
Denman built a quality tire but tires have a shelve life of 6 or 7 years. Anything past that they can give problems.
Never had probs with Denman's I've owned. I think Coker bought the Denman molds, but they havn't produced any.
Like Frank S sez, How old are the tires you're thinking about buying? It's a good idea to learn how to read the DOT codes and only buy fresh tires.
I've got 4 WW Denmans on my Deuce just for 'rollers;' cool looking tires and I wouldn't mind having some more!
Denman items including molds were bought by ***an. ***an has not expressed interest in making the Denman whitewalls yet. Hopefully they will.
