Ok so we just got done bagging the car and the drive shaft fell out.i smr have my 4 link in yet but what could I do or what does that mean
Rotation of the rear end would be my guess, are your bags in front or behind the center of your axles? If the rear rotates at all it will pull the shaft out of the trans unit, you need to install the 4 link to keep it from rotating.
How did you manage to setup and install bags without having a four link or your pinion angle set? whats centering or locating your rear?
Somehow all this sounds very ****** to me, please don't stop, this is great. Perhaps putting the drive shaft back in and taking shorter strokes would help!
sounds like a good comedy stunt, pull into a car show, drop the bags- and the drive shaft comes rolling out from under the car. forget pictures we need video.
To the people who are willing too help and gave some advice thank you... To the people who are clowning pretty funny stuff but let me guess none of you have never missed anything or made a mistake First build I learn from my mistakes just like your parents did .. Gambino kustoms I will call you...thank you
Good one, Mr. Gambino will surely help you out, it was nice of him to offer. Remember, success teaches you nothing. Bob
Dude, they're not mocking your build skills, they're mocking your forum skills. By the way. what IS smr?
I think it's kinda odd that you were given that advise in this thread and didn't listen http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=635350
And he still never answered any questions about how it was installed, what was suspending the rear end etc. If you don't give pertinent information you can't expect reasonable answers, especially after being asked. You brought the smart *** answers upon yourself.
