I could probably get more done if I didn't have to do everything twice.

Had the day off today so I planned on finishing up my brakes on the 52 and run the remaining lines and blled the system. Put the front shoes on the right side then moved to left. Got shoes on and went to put on new brake hose and realized new wheel cylinder had the fitting facing the wrong direction. I ordered the wrong one. Took the wheel cylinder off and reordered the correct one. Got back home and planned on packing bearings and put drum on right side since I had the shoes done. Cleaned and packed bearings, tourqued them properly and was admiring the work when I realized I forgot to install the new wheel seal. So off comes the drum to put the seal on and go through the process again. Still better redoing my work than actually being at work today.:D Am I the only one who does this?

LOL...don't feel alone. And it's not just with the cars for me lately...

Tuesday: Tryin' to transplant some bushes before it gets too cold. Coming down with the flu. Broke the shovel. Went and bought another shovel. Try this again...broke that one within 2 minutes. Starting to rain anyway. Go in the house for the rest of the day.

Wednesday: Take some aspirin, go buy another new shovel...a better one...lol. Try this again. Started to rain again, and I feel like crap. Back in the house.

    Wednesday: Didn't even try.

Today: Feeling a little better, the sun came out, and I actually got two bushes moved.

    Keep at it...lol.

I like that. When I do it I tell myself the first time was just practice.

Are you complaining or bragging? I'm usually pretty happy when it only takes twice to get it right.

Finding the damn tool or part I just had in my hands is my biggest constant frustration; over and over again - never fails.
