So here is a picture with the clip installed. It is an older pic, i changed the front springs and it sits about an inch higher. The front bumper was the toughest but wasnt really that bad when i finally got to it. The box is off now and im building c notches because the rear only has about an inch of travel. While the box is off ill install new ehaust and redo the cab corners. It sure does drive alot better now!

Wow thanks for posting that 'visual update'!
I've been working on my 58 GMC and sometimes visualized an idea gets confusing.
There's nothing like real evidence demonstrating exactly the point of the topic. It is an excellent example and was quickly noticed by my very non car inclined girlfriend. She immediately pointed out the way the new wheels took all attention and focus away from the truck then commented on the balanced look of the original. Then she asked if I was thinking of doing that to mine (with a clearly intoned "You wouldn't dare would you?" in her voice) Thanks for all your effort and expense as I know those wheels don't grow on trees and its obvious from the posts no one here was going to invest in buying a set to put on their truck so we could really see the difference.
Boy am I glad I still have all my original rims
    Thanks Again!

Wow thanks for your comments! im really glad you like it! it really makes it worth while knowing that MY work on MY truck is really not exciting your visually challanged girlfriend, but then why would it? good taste and clear vision obviously are not her strong points. But then you and your buddies know that dont you.
