dashboard insert identification

I don't know he origin of the dashboard insert of my hot rod,another can identify this ?Thanks

 

Looks like there might be some kind of logo or insignia or emblem in the middle. For some reason I want to say Oldsmobile or a Chrysler product.

Maybe look at 54 or 55 Olds dash pics on the web. It looks real familiar, but what help is that

The body and wings is Ford 32 fordor and the grill shell is a Delage (French make)

I know it's a duplication of labour, but those of us whose French is at best dubious would also appreciate a build thread
