ITs in the new trj. I think its more modern then tradional.( what does every body else think?) But then again it is one of the nicest I have seen.If i had that kind of money (sorry but I would copy this thing faster than you could warm up an english wheel . lol does any body have pics of there favorite roadster pick up???????
Cool ****in truck, I was privyto some concept drawerings of it, cool ****. THat Christian dude is a ****ing genious!
oh i wasn't I was just making fun of him ( I too avoid the boyd )I meet the ***swhole when I was at wyo tech . One of my cl***mates wanted a picture taken with him. AND ROYD SAID he wanted to charge money .. TRUE STORY.but not another word ...
The truck oozes with cl***,,,,it looks traditional but everthing looks one off,,,,man, the time that has been put into that truck just making the parts is unreal,,, HRP
That truck is almost perfect if you ask me. A nice seamless blend of modern and traditional. I still think Jimmy Whites orange RPU is my fav still Drew
I drooled over Royce's rpu at the Detroit Autorama. From any angle it just knocks you out. The craftsmanship is otherwordly. Denise posted some in progress shots a while back which blew me away.
I was at the autorama and saw it as well. Right up front with all the Riddler cars and it was drawing just as big of a crowd. It had been shown once before so it couldn't qualify for the riddler but it was every bit as nice. The build book on it was fantastic and the wheel/brake setup is just genius. Probably one of my favorite cars there. They just got everything right.
WHICH PART DO YOU MEAN OIL CAN HARRY? The front of the body is a 29.while the rear half is a repop 30-31 from brookville and the doors are hand made.Atleast thats what the article from the jounal says.
He a lurker around here, I've been urging him to post for a while now. This might be enough to bring him out.
Well, he certainly has a lot to add to the HAMB. Met him at the Bobber show during the rally then saw him again at Legends Bike show that same week. That truck is cool outside the box thinking without being cheesy like the pickup Posie showed last year.
Thanks, for the compliment and posting that picture. That is one of my favorite pictures. I have always wanted to have a picture of my cars in front of the famous Continental Club. have a good memorial day. Jimmy White
I saw it at the Starbird show in Tulsa and talked to the owner. He let it slip that he had $310,000.00 in it. Holy ****! Larry
it's one of my favorite hot rods of all time. i realy dig Jimmy White's RPU aswell. some stelar work on them both. just abit more time into one than the other ...
I was wondering if anyone knows more specific information about the center speedo. I know it's a '51 Ford cluster in a '38 Chevy headlight, but does anyone know any more specifics such as mounting and the stand it is on? thanks.
