The wife and I usually go. It is a great get-together and they raise a LOT of toys for the less fortunate children of the area. One NASCAR Hall of Fame member ... and one HAMB member Photo taken last year at Mason's. Cannot make it this year. Have fun. .
Hope you feel better deuce... I wish you were closer.. Mary could bring over some some chicken soup for you... See you soon..
Man,we had a great time,,saw a few Hambers,,, Merlin,32GNU,GaryM,3 Deuces and Geargoyle Curtis,,race car drivers,Pearson,Cotton Owens and Gene Cromer,,lots of big block Ford,SOHC Fords ,,just a great mix of nice cars. Masons does a great job with this toy drive and filled up two station wagons with goodies for underprivileged children who would have a bleak Christmas without all the participants big hearts. The also raffled a '65 Mustang to raise money for the Shriners Childrens Hospital. I forgot my camera but Harry had his so I'm sure he will add photos.HRP
We had a blast! I did manage to put up some deuce pics over on Deuces Limited but my internet connection is slowing down so I'll post pics here in the morning.
I checked the weather channel @ 10 o'clock and it said that it was 40 degrees in Spartanburg. Kind of chilly Glad the TOY drive was a huge sucess and all you HAMBERS had a great time. I will be there next year. .
I was wondering if there were any other blue lodge members on here. Glad you guys did well with the show! Jim
This was a great show with a wide variety of rides and a ton of 427 powered Galaxies, Starliners and a Falcon that is one cool sleeper.
