trunk lid hatches/hinges for sale? I think they are off a shoebox Ford, not sure.
I'm looking for a pair of my Coupe because it's getting a new paint job and a new (straight) trunk lid in the near future and this is how i want to mount it:)
anyone? please send me a PM and a pic if you have a nice set for sale, thanks all!
    best wishes,
    CAB

    Evel,
good to meet ya as well ...even though it was a short visit:( that's a good thing though if you were busy at the booth all day long, man what a show, so overwhelming! I hope it all went well and you got some killer shots as well for the Paso film. I had a blast and i brought a new girly friend with me to the car show and she had a great time ... even though we only had 2 hours sleep the night before and were there from 5AM-5PM! She was a trooper that day, so i know now that she's a keeper for sure now:)
I can't wait to see the DVD when it comes out. I'm pretty stoked about doing the new color on the Model A , I'm looking forward to it.
    best wishes,
    CAB

hey cab, it was good seeing you again this weekend..
I have a set of those hinges on my 49. Not sure if they will fit on a flat surface..Its hard to explain; The back of a 49 is, in a way, rounded like a ball..the left and right side are different and angled so they will hinge from the rounded surface... I could just be over thinking it. I'm really not sure how they mount on flat surfaces I just wanted to give you a heads up..take a look..

    don't ask about the paint!

Cab, you might like the 1950 hinges better for your application... someone have a pic to show him?

    They're more streamline...

Oh, and where'd ya get that pic? Is it my car? It's the same color as my car...

In this bad pic you can see the difference in the smooth swoopy 49 hinge, and the streamline 50 hinge...
