I just put a '67 mustang 4wheel drum manual M/C on my model A , the fronts go to the rear port? correct? the reseviors are the same size... I got econoline brakes up front and '55 chevy rear.
I thought that year Mustang came with the single "fruit jar'?? I put the single on my car, but would like the saftey of a dual MC. Iv'e had a single go out on me once...not cool! 1967 Mustang, drum, drum? Thanks Sparky
I am not familiar with the "manual" 67-72 Mustang Master Cylinder Wagner Part Number F73323....but if it is simuliar to the Power Brake Master cylinder, the rear reservior is the front brakes and the front reservior is the rear brakes. The power brake master cylinder F731248 is a good all around master cylinder as it has a deep bore, does not have built in residual valves so it can be used as a disc/disc, disc/drum or drum/drum with the addition of residual valves for drum brake applciation. Floor mount applications will need residual valve in the front and rear. Use 2 pound for disc and 10 pound for drum applicitions. Check the reservior size, generally the larger one goes to the front. dso
