Hey guys, name is Andrew, 22 from NJ and just recently picked up a 52 Chevy Deluxe 4 door. I traded my 88 blazer away for an 03 s10 then traded for this beauty. I always wanted a cl***ic to build with my father and brothers so I'm gonna being building this thing for awhile. I'll post up pictures later but I was curious if you guys had any info. I would like to swap in a newer v8 LS motor. I can get an 03 5.3L w/ 66,**x miles or an 08 4.8L w/ 22,**x for right around the same price. Any benefit with going with the 5.3, I know it has a little more hp and more torque but as a cruiser any benefit? I know it's going to be a big task, but I'm willing to undertake it. I may be asking some more questions, new to the old school chevys, as I'm more into the minitrucks but nothings better then an old cl***ic.
