Are 49-50 ford body mounts in same location as a 51

Just got a 51 shoebox semi-custom project that has a Dodge Dakota front clip thats to wide. Picked up a 49 frame and was told that the body mount location is not the same as the 51. Does anyone know if all three years (49-50-51) have the same body mount locations? Planning to pull the body soon and would like a heads up if we have to re-design the mounts---thanks Al

 

Enough alike to not worry..51 seat mounts to frame so makes four more body mounts than 49, all else is the same..The 49-50-51 Shop Manual [green bible] has frame drawings...

I put a '50 2dr sedan on my '51 2dr sedan frame. No problems.

For the 3 main body mounts along the sides are exactly the same for both the '49-'50 and the '51. There are a couple of very minor frame differences that are not even noticable for all practical purposes between the '49-'50 and the '51.
