    Ian, Chucky. . .

As an original resident of Colorado (born & raised in Boulder), you both need to understand that Coors is NEVER "fine." ;) :D

On the other hand, your Caddy is BEYOND fine. . .Freakin' amazing, Ian. . .

  3. You are one of the greatest metal guys of all time! Also the Chevy looks kool man! And love what you did to the lower fins of the Cadd!!!

Thank you all so much for the kind words!

Now here's a pic of the bumper gap! The stock Cadillac bumper sticks out way further from the body! So much cutting and adding to male it tight! The bumper brackets are definitely a bitch.... They're so modified it's crazy! ImageUploadedByTJJ1321019904.705377.jpg

I actually have to make the gap a little bit bigger for paint and chrome.

Great work keep it up. I'm always amazed how long one defining component of a build can take forever to do right and if done wrong the build suffers. Patience man and enjoy the beauty of your work I know I am.

looks great nice and close like that, much betterthan factory that is for sure

there is a lot of movement between the bumper and the body on my 62 caddy
the gap on mine is a bit too large, but i am hesitant to close it up as i see how much everything moves
would hate to see it get chipped up when the old girl starts flexing
    just thinking out loud

Thank you very much!!! a lot of work goes into making that bumper flush, incredible.... i thought it would be easy!!!

here's the grill treatment!!! never mind the ends, they have to be cut to fit the knobs i've been casting for the ends, just have to go get a little hand saw to go in between the tubing.

The lips around the tail light buckets will also be trimmed to fit the grill perfect, so it's flush in the center of the tube.....

Thanx guys! It kinda does Cody! Here's a quick mock up of the rear skin! I rolled it real quick and trimmed it! ImageUploadedByTJJ1321663086.726256.jpg

There is a trim piece that is gonna go between the tube grill and the angled lip.

Absolutely stunning Ian. Amazing to see how much work you've put into this baby. You're making it a rolling work of art.

Thank you very very much guys!!!! I see some light at the end of the tunnel for this rear end treatment!!:)

It does resemble a lot of the 60's kustoms past and present for sure!!! Not the most original kustom ever for sure, but it's simple and it flows IMO. I'm happy with it!! :)

    Thanx again!!:)

  29. I'll admit, you lost me for awhile on the fin extension, but once the lowers got dialed in, and the final proportions came together I'm glad I kept my mouth shut.

    F*#$ing rad!

Really dig the grill and re-worked trunk area...really inspiring restyle of an already radical factory custom ass end...
