Projects PICS* Need help with return springs for dual holleys w/ tunnel ram

    These 4224 Holleys are mounted on an Edelbrock TR-1 intake on a 55 Chevy Gasser what we are trying to do is rig up return springs similar to what was run in the late 60's early 70's. Right now any ideas or, better yet , pictures would be a great help

  2. No pics of "vintage" return setups, but one word of advice... Keep your springs pulling directly back against the carb throttle arms, NOT the various linkage parts.

    Here is my setup, found this works the best. Pretty simple just a couple of return spring bracket kits like Mr Gasket 19.

    Also the return spring setup doesn't stand out as some do.

    65 Imp- Hey, thanks a lot for the pics. We like that setup, and think that is the route we are gonna head. Our linkage is a bit different, but it shouldn't be a problem making bracketry that will work.
