Looks easy to make. Maybe 1/4 plate gl***, cut with a new gl*** cutter, then tape-off the lines and sandblast the lines in, polish the edges,... done

 

That's what I was thinking also? Its in nice shape found in a old barn I was working on. I always wanted to find the holly grail "barn Find" I guess I finaly did, Sorta???????????
