Afternoon all I'm new and interested in old stuff and how it works. I live in NH own the following 1946 ford f-1 pick up which I'm making into a rat rod. 1963 falcon four door which I'm driving and working on had been sitting for 30 yrs. 1972 flh HD with a side car, 1988 Xlh 1200 wife's bike. I have no kids but do have a seven year old german shepard and a live in mother in law who is recovering from a m***ive stroke two years ago.

Hey, Now that things got off track, let's try again. Why do you want to build a "Rat Rod" ? Is the body that bad off ? If not find a worse body and sell your better solid cab to someone else. Look on EBay right now and search under "cars & trucks", Plymouth - Jim from RI built that sedan with the AA axles and tires. I think that's FAR from being a "Rat Rod", and you should see his tow truck ! Got any pictures ?
