I want to start a new thread. I am just glad you guys will make parts for us at this point. I didn't want my request to get lost in a sea of Internet Cow****. How about the following:

54 Ford front Fender Lip Sections - for us Kustom guys
    Merc Grill Shells
    Full 54 Ford 1/4's
    54 Ford lower rear corners
    Tail Section 52-56 Ford
The rear wheel well section 52-56 Fords

There said my piece. Maybe others can jump on here with some ideas

I know people are always looking for doors for the 32-34 Ford Pickups.

    I don't know what I'd need personally.

Complete reproduction doors for 26-27 T roadsters would be a big seller.

The Merc Grille shells and Ford fender lips are a great idea- not for rust issues, but for customizers. I'm really thinking I might be in for a set of fender lips.

One thing that comes to MY head right off the bat would be Shoebox Ford rear outer wheel arch repair sections , so one could repair rust over the arches without having to buy half lower sections & seam them over the arch ... that's just plain DUMB !

50s an early 60s Cadillac floor pans, lower fender sections, headlamp eyebrows. The only company I am aware of that makes anything for these is Cl***ic Fabrications. They arent stamped panels, just formed.

  20. Well, to help this thread along, R & L rear, under bumper, valances for 59 Chev wagons/el caminos and a short piece at the rear of the quarter panel that will fit wagons/caminos that fits the valance that can be spliced in to existing repro qtrs and NO, p***enger are not the same. My 2 bits worth.

1951-52 Kaiser Henry J rear fenders. As a bonus they could be cut to make 52-54 HJ fenders. Or floor pans rockers inner rockers for1951-54 Henry J's.

Ive got a lot more, but right off the top of my head, 1961 chevy p***enger car front fender eyebrows (area just above the headlights) and the inner headlight mounts or buckets? A lot of 61 fenders could be saved, with these parts.Any 61 east of the rockies, hasnt seen these rust free parts for years! And while Im at it front and rear lower bumper valance pans for 1959-61 Chevy cars, they are always trashed, bent, or rusty. Thats probably several years of research and development right there, but thanks for listening!

I will add a few things to the 52-54 Ford parts list:

Inner fender brace ***emblies - They are an L-Shaped piece that connects the inner fender to the firewall. I don't have the part number for this one but I can update this soon, since my body parts catalog is else where at the moment.

Also the Inner Fender Splash Apron is another piece that rusts away commonly since it takes most of the water and dirt from the tires while the car is moving. I don't have a picture at the moment that will give a good idea of what they look like, but they are different for the 52 & 53 models than the 54. In the January 1954 ch***is parts catalog on page 400 there are diagrams that will explain the difference between the models. On the 52 the splash apron is part number 16107 and on the 54 it is 16103. I will try and take a picture of whats left of mine but I'm sure it won't be much help either.

Another great item would be the front crossmember that the radiator sits on. These are probably the most common piece that I see as a complaint by the 52-54 Ford guys.

Amen to this. You would sell a lot of these. I just looked at a set of fenders that were nice except for this area.

  30. Door HINGES for a 32-34 Ford truck. The doors are a pain to find. The hinges are even worse.
