Bay Area platers?

any quality bay area platers?

I'd have an idea and I want to see if it's possible and how much it would run.

I looked around but I don't know of any reputable ones.

 

I've used these guys before with good results. though my front bumper is rusting out on the back side. they do a killer job on stainless.

Yep. Superior Chrome is the best in the south bay.

 

Does Superior do bumpers in-house or do they ship em to LA?

Anyone know the deal on copper plating? I've never seen it done on a car.

At least not on an entire front end.

what's the process? Is it more or less expensive? Durable? Do I need to clean it and clearcoat it so it doesn't get all nasty?

 

I used Johnson Plating in Oakland for a lot of stuff on my 39. Always satisfied
