Im looking to have some spacers and dies made for a mittler brothers bead roller. anyone interested in discussing this further? it will probably be about 10 spacers and then 5-10 die sets
I know a master tool and die machinist who has a home shop complete,he will retire in about 9 months and might be able to work you into his agenda when he retires. He is in Kansas right down the road from me.I know he could do it except heat treating.
Buy a small lathe and do it yourself, they show up on Craigslist all of the time. You should be able to find something workable for less than $500. You could easily spend more than that for someone machining your pieces.
Hi Nightperson, New Hamber here, I'm a mod over on Garage Journal but I usually lurk here. That is, until now. I have a machine shop in central IL and I'd be happy to quote your job if you can furnish drawings or examples of what you're looking for. You can see my shop here on Garage Journal: http://garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=106289 I have several jobs in right now from GJ members.
