My two cents would be level and low. I like the custom truck that can be used also not just for show. Absolutely nothing wrong with a beautiful truck that can win a contest hauling a 19ft Celebrity if needed. I have always built mine to be used. Whether that be hauling kids, parts, hay or a John Deere. I prefer bags also-then you can adjust as needed depending on the size of your load. These are just my personal preferences man-good luck on the build.

Ok so i know just about EVERYONE is going to hate this but heres a pic of mine. A '66 Dodge D-100. probly way more extreme thatn your thinking but mabey close with air in the shocks. C-notched, flipped axle, 2inch blocks and air shocks. The first pic is with the shocks Up.

When it's low in the back it is easier to load your custom motorcycle. Should be reason enough. Nose down is for street rodders and we all know they don't run sickles.

Not a fan. Cars and trucks that drag tail, or even the g***er look....looks like the vehicle is carrying a load in its pants. :)

Taildragger pickup tells me you have One ton or more in the back of a half ton.

It's crazy I see this post dug up today...I just pushed the Uni to the back burner this week to play with my coupe. So I will have plenty of time to think about the direction I want to go with it when I start back on it.

  17. Taildragger sounds all right, just avoid that ****full mini truck vibe!!

i think the stance of that first 60 ford posted is perfect, a little lower in the back, without looking like youre carrying a bedfull of bricks. Its all about moderation

heres my 60 f100, it was 3 inches from the ground in the back, 4 in the front... personally looks amazing to me, but when i did this i was a kid at the age of 19 i thought it was a good idea, one year later now 20 i kinda regret it, its a mess to drive, its drives and rides good, but dang the cab corners s****e everything

I could go either way. I love a good rake, but I grew up in a town with lots of low rider trucks. Spare tire rack, 100 spoke Dayton's, vouges, split pipes, chicas air brushed on the hood. So I guess I'm kinda hard wired to like the Dragger look too. I would have to say that your fleetside would probably look better with a good rake
