My first old skool car was a 1950 Pontiac with a striaght 8 flathead. That car ran great! I sold it and bought a 1956 Buick with a 350 out a 74 Skylark. It had cool factor but I didn't really care for driving it. Well thats what its all about so I sold it also. I then ended up geting my first VW. A 74 STD that I chop the top on and sectioned in a mid 50's oval window in the rear. I can't claim the chop, for a friend pieced it together and I just helped weld it up. Fun car but I got bored and sold it. I then bought a 1959 beetle. Really a great solid car. I had a 2110cc engine built for it with twin 44 Webers. Fast car out of the hole but just didn't do it for me. So it to left. I now am back to my roots and have a 1957 Chevy Belair. Yea I lost my cherry on this one. I never thought I would own a four door but now that I have one I think nothing of it. Two doors are for people who don't have friends anyway. LoL I'm just kidding.
