How to customize a radio flyer..

Hey guys,
How goes it??? I'm building a radio flyer wagon for my gran'son. Something cool. The other grandparents just give cards,money or clothes. Thats fine in all but kids want to have something they can play with and have fun with. I'm the gran'pa that builds stuff with the COOL FACTOR put in it. I'm originally from So Cal and do not have the resourses here in Indiana that i had in Cali. I'm looking for help with wheels (go-kart) and a good welder for a sub frame design for the wagon. Any help here in Indy? I could use all i can get.

I saw one on Craigslist for sale recently near Philadelphia, PA... it sat about 1.5" off the ground. Pretty cool looking, but seems like a lot of work, just to turn around and sell it. At least the one you want to make will go to a good cause! Sorry I don't have any real info on building one, but good luck, and cool idea.
