I'm still checking cl***ified ads and scouting the internet for information about a car I once owned. It was a 1924 Ford Model T, although it looked like a roadster pickup it was actually a C-cab body with the top removed. It was originally built by Dutch Eshelman (sp) in Clinton, Iowa. The engine/trans as well as the brakes were from a four cylinder Volvo. I believe that after I sold it the Buick Skylark wires were removed and some kind of aluminum wheel fitted. So far as I know the car started out in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, then moved on to San Antonio and the trail goes cold when it was sold to a guy on Whidbey Island off Seattle, Washington. The kid in the picture now has salt/pepper gray hair and a wife and kid to support. He loved the little car and I would like to find it and possibly repurchase it for the grandkids to enjoy.
have you tried the lost car registery, or do u have the vin number.also you might what to post a ad on craigslist looking for the car in or around the last know area the car has been, have you tried dmv or insurnace companys
Don't remember the VIN number, I think I'll try the Craigslist deal and see if it turns up anything, thanks
