what do these doors fit?

A friend is cleaning out his shop and is wanting to get rid of these but do not know what they fit, Any Ideas,

 

Not positive but those door handles look like T to me, not sure of the year.

No clue, but definitely not Ford.

 

I dont have a clue about the make but it looks like its early twentys.

 

Are they steel framed or wood framed?
