I'm restoring a 1965 Mustang and would like to put a Archer Ford emblem on it. Does anyone have a pic of this old emblem? I have searched all over and could not find one. Even a drawing would help. I think it was an an oval with an arrow through it.
    Thanks for any help

I have a Times -Union newspaper from 1957 that has a Archer Ford ad for used cars. There is an illustration of the building , and of a "robin hood " figure w/a bow & arrow, but no real logo.

Hey I can't help you with the logo, but I just have to comment that my dad was parts manager there from the early `60's to the late `70's when it changed to Fred Walker Ford. You may have known him, his name is Howard Thompson.

Was talking to my brother and we can't recall an actual logo. All I remember on cars was a small sticker (could be reflective) on the trunk lid bottom. I would go to the libarary and look up old newspapers from the 60's. Old yellow pages ads from then too. All the dealers had their logos in the ads , if they had a logo. Hope this helps you .
