    Hello,

I'm Brian and I live in Eastern Iowa. Been into cars since growing up at Cordova Dragway back when my father raced. I started with small block chevy's in the early years, until I was introduced to the awesome torque of the 455 Olds in a 72 Cutl***. I have been an Olds fanatic ever since. Including Olds powered jet boats.

As I have gotten older, my interests have changed to a somewhat slower pace. Tired of always trying to go faster, and being broke. The boats have turned into a 46' houseboat, and the 4000 pound 11 second street/strip roller cammed Olds is gonna be swapped for an Olds street rod, or rat rod. Car is actually already sold.

Been looking non stop for my next toy, and keep changing my mind on what I want every time I see something different and cool that I never even thought about.

    Thanks for listening,

    Brian

the rodent word is not used here ... we use traditional here ... and the 72 is way too new for us here.

Welcome. Just keep in mind that Traditional Hot Rods and R..R... are two different species. In fact, I would just start all over again and call myself OldsmoCat.....just sayin'.

Welcome from Nevada,as long as Oldsmorat is referring to you and not your Hotrod, the purists here will have to accept it. ( IMO ) the people who dreamed up "Politically Correct " have the impression that a Turd can be picked up by the clean end.

You can't change your user name, you would need to start a new account.

Lots of great people and info here, welcome aboard from Oregon.
