got my car back form lil'd at THE LOWERING BLOCK.he does some of the best work.MII front,68 camero rear end,and air bagged all around.he also boxed up the trunk and floor.i have a 20 gallon fuel cell in trunk.heres some pics of befor and after.big thanks to lil'd!! sorry for the big pics. jason
that is awesome!!! i love it. it looks like you're laying on the rocker panel. what air springs are you running? and what setup do you have in the rear? killer Chevy.
looks way better slammed. by the look of the rear floor. you must be running a 4 link set up. any pics of the rear suspension set up?
awesome. finally someone likes them as low as I do. I saw the first pics and I thought woopee, 2" maybe. Then I scrolled down and it looked muuuuuch betta. got any pics of the rear setup?
OH MAN that looks awesome! I've always wanted a car like that. For some reason I've always liked those chevys unchopped and slammed. That car looks bad***!
it is four linked i dont have any pics of the set up.once i get the motor and ****** in the front will sit a little lower.the frames on these chevy bow a little in the rear.so im gonna have to grind it down a bit buy dragging it down the streets.i like the un chopped look too,but i saw like 5 of 2dr sedans chopped and they looked bad ***.ill run it unchopped for a while.maybe ill leave unchopped.it is a pain in the *** to get gl*** cut.
damnit you ****! i thought i had the lowest chevy on here looks bad *** man. i like it not chopped with the way it sits.
YES!!! thats what im talkin about...nice car. i havent been to the Lowering Block, but i've seen plenty of their rides rollin around Diego. here is one of my favorite trucks from them (i beleive it used be the owners).
ya that was lil'd's truck. i took 2 or3 days off of work to help him get it ready for lonestar.lil'd did so much to that truck.watching and riding with him about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of the ground was sweet. i did as much as much of the little thing i could do to help him out.that truck kicks ***.russ owns it now and him and nate brought that truck to a new level.thats just one of the reason i took my chevy to lil'd.heres lil'd old car.
Car and the work both look nice. I agree the slammed and unchopped look is a good one for the 49-52 Chevy's
could you possibly post some pictures of the actual airbags in place, specifically the rear?... thank you. tred.
Damn. I like that Chevy and I always liked that hammered ford. Anyone have something like that for sale? Damn cars.....
Car looks great. That stance is *****in!! Man I love slammed cars! Please post pics of the rear setup!!
I don't mean to hijack this post, but discussing the Lowering Block is as good a place as any to request... I understand that this car has since been sold. Are there any recent pics of this or does it still run around in this state of completion? Also, anyone have any side profile pics of this car? I am curious to see the chop on the Ford. Thanks. Nice Chevy, too. I like the 50-52's lines...they still keep the round bulbous fenders and noses from the older models. They look good at any height, unchopped.
looks great, is that a fatman ultra low mustang 2 kit? love the way it sits, that is the stance I am looking for.
yes it is the fatman ultra low mustang 2 kit.the front will only raise up about 6 inches same for the rear.i dig your site.i alway go to it to look at the chevys. j
Thanks for the info on the fat man m2 kit. Nice to see how it sits. Got any more pics? or url to your photobucket account? Thanks!
