    Well this isn't my first build, but I am new to the HAMB so I Figured I would start a build thread of my new project.

    This is my "Flat Top T" 26 Coupe. I took 8" out of the top, Buried the Model A frame. The front end I am using is 37-41 Axle Dropped 3" with reverse eye Posie spring, I will be running a 40 Ford rear end with juice brakes. I will be sweeping the front 4" inches in the next few days, and figuring out how much "Z" to put in the rear. I plan to run a Blown 331 Hemi I snagged up for $200 bucks the other day. and a Chevy 4 speed.

    I added some progress pics of were I'm at right now, only been at it for 3 weeks off and on

    If anyone has a nice P***enger side door for sale I would be highly interested. the one I have is savable, but you take about having to bring it back from the dead. I will end up having almost as much time in the door as to having the car on a rolling ch***is. YES! its that bad.

    Not to be a party pooper but those bones look way to long, I think you're going to have a problem with the turning radii, they look way to close to the outer edge of the front tires. .02 cents ;)

    Oh yeah the bones are super long. I got to cut them down soon as I can get the frame mounts done.

    As far as them being to close to the king pin. I got a trick up my sleeve.

    You guys ****!!! :mad:

    I found out on mine while chopping the doors, that in order for the window channels to not get a dog leg in them, I had to widen the door tops out. Most people don't think you need this but I do! Nice work!

    Rest of story....Chaddilac is also building a bad*** Model T coupe.....but he likes to work on other things and sale lots of stuff instead of finishing his car. He is pretty well know on here and people like to give him a hard time. Welcome by the way. If you need any T stuff might PM Chaddilac....he probably has the parts you need.

    Here's a few pics from today leveling the frame and body. I got my forward body mounts welded to the frane and bolted to the body for a test fit. I ended up using model T body mounts on the A frame. Ended up working very well. I got to sweep and Z it next before I get deeper into it.

    Nice work,but;
    Refix the windshiald frame so it opens more and goes higher,by taking out the header above and making a very small one like 1in. by 1in. box tube or something and place it behind not above so you get max site out front,you'll like it way better,right now your too low to see out with out bending your neck most likely. The resale will be better too down the road if that handy cap is not built in.

    I replaced the Header with 1x2" tubing, Already. I sat in it the other day and it seemed to be fine. I have thought about this option you mention, in case it dose end up being a problem. but for now it looks to be okay. Thanks for the input though.
