Wow, I've been accused of "overkill on my Chevy Frame, but I think you have me out done. My excuse is everything I've ever crewed on, except for the TF Harley, had a blower on it, so this may get one too. This is set up for a sbc and 700R4
I have no personal experience with these guys, but I've read a lot of good things about them on the VCCA board. www.chevywood.com
29bowtie... I was looking over your photos of your frame bracing and really like your idea of the removable ****** mount. My car came with the standard single crossbar bar set up with a dip in the middle and this morning I will give some serious thought to a modification. I am going semi low HP and hope to find a TH200-4R to use since they are narrow.. thought I had one but like they say "there is the quick and the hungry".
This is an original '32 Confederate (except axles and running gear) that only has 40,000 actual miles on it. It has been in my family since new. It has a full pressure 216 with a T-5 and all wheel anti-lock brakes. It is a daily driver for me. Normbc9
Once again, I'm amazed at the talent in this room! Great looking set of Chevies and some awesome work!
I had this one in the early 60's. They make a nice rod. It was the only car I had at that time Bud Reynolds
