Dallas, (HellRaiser) I love the story about draining and refilling, I remember my Uncle draining the water nightly on his tractor during cold weather. Those were the good ol days? The RanchWagon is sick and is a town car only, can't get the killer vibration from the drive train so it is hopefully getting a little heart transplant, probably in the spring. Please go have a great time! ~sololobo~

Dallas, the forecast I saw is 27 degrees. That is doable. Or we can drive newer cars of needed.

I saw 60% snow for the long range forecast.

I'll be there in the Olds.

Ok then, I'll put some water in my airconditioner and bring it along, just in case it's warm and sunny.

Now it's 44 and very sunny for the forecast!

We will be showing this year's KKOA DVD at the Paramount at the end of the run, I'm going in tomorrow night to figure out how to hook up the DVD player to all of the TV's :) If you show up early to the starting spot (the Parrish Hall behind the Catholic Church in Gypsum) there will be some coffee and cinnamon rolls courtesy of Mrs. Povertyflats (my awesome Aunt Sandy) and at the Paramount we will have some killer pulled pork BBQ and my mom, Aunt Sandy, Aunt Judy and others are providing some sides to go along.

So here's where you will all need to be for the start of the run. We will leave at 10am so don't be late, better show up early to enjoy a cinnamon roll!

    Put </small>
100-198 W 9th St Gypsum, KS 67448 in your GPS if you are so technologically inclined!

The first stop will be at the Ampride in Herington, KS.
301 West Walnut Street, Herington, KS

    <iframe width="425" height="350" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" src="http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&amp;source=s_q&amp;hl=en&amp;geocode=&amp;q=ampride+herington,+ks&amp;aq=&amp;sll=38.668842,-96.945248&amp;sspn=0.013621,0.01929&amp;vpsrc=0&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;hq=ampride&amp;hnear=Herington,+****inson,+Kansas&amp;ll=38.668842,-96.945248&amp;spn=0.006295,0.010349&amp;t=m&amp;output=embed"></iframe><br /><small>View Larger Map</small>

afterwards we'll head to Dwight, KS, there will be no stop there but we should arrive around 11:30 AM.

Can't wait to see everyone on Saturday morning!

according to g***erlouie (my personal bodyguard) no one lies in Kansas. Salt of the Earth here----of course he is exempting meteorologists as far as I know.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in the morning this should be a good test for my new GoPro camera and the new camcorder :) Looks like if the old man is feeling good I'll ride shotgun in the 57 wagon while the nephews car seats will have them firmly in place in the back. See ya in the morning folks!

Wish I could join you guys today. Bit of a haul from Colorado without heat, though. I think I will drag the Model A out of the barn today, despite about 6" of snow on the apron and driveway. Roads are dry. Might as well run with you guys in spirit. Here's to a good run for all of us.
