I second the request for more pics.

You did a great job on the headers too. Shouldn't there be some kind of monster behind the wheel, tires buring rubber... hairy arm coming out the roof?

AAAAMEN Brother!!!! and they sound awesome too....more to come

It actually took 8 months to build but 6 years of time I would stop for 6 months and then work on it and get frustrated go in the house and come back out two months later and so on...

It will not be a "Rat Rod" (I have other cars for that!!!)

    Update on wererod>>>>>>>

I Broke it.... San Diego has a corrupted government (crooks) they like moving the money around instead of paying for maintanence on roads and freeways!!!! And FIRE prevention NOW!!! Hey it's fire season!!!!!

Seems like the Two Foot pot hole I did not see with my (4" windshield at night) and I forgot it was there (for at least a year!!!!) I broke off a shock mount and I almost lost a headlight so after letting it sit I am finally welding it back up I have changed the main front leaf for more arch and reinforced Shock mounts and lights I should be done this week to terrorize the sweet little F&#$#@ SUV/MINI VAN drivers of DAGO>>>>

Next Stop LA ROADSTER SHOW on Fathers Day!!!!!

    BE THERE!!!!!

P.S. I have seat belts just in case...they need to make more money!!!!

    Holy Sheep ****...

That thing looks liek it would eat small rodents and children..

    The RULES!

    Awesome job..

Yeah, I second the Video of it lighting 'em up... I want to hear it...

I'll bet any amount of stereo would not be enough next to that thing in traffic! LOL

  19. Jim- I love that cars style and look,But I have a question for your friend.....does he like the way the Harley tires drive?
I have them on my roadster and it kinda keeps me on edge-like I cant take my eye off the road at all....mine are 5.10 by16" and they have a damn small contact patch on the road /are rated at 1460 lbs per pair......

There's a light like that on the back of my buddy's '72 filthy-*** Shovel. Worthless in the lighting department, but super cool in the looks department.

Killer car! If loud pipes do save lives, and I know they've saved mine a few times, you shouldn't have to worry about little contact patches and poor visibility; those pipes have to be loud enough to save more than a few lives!

    Answer:
They seem to hold pretty straight on the road they turn real easy especially at 2 to 90 MPH Maybe it's the 700 lb. HEMI... I have the axle tilted back 30 degrees it has a good rake that will slow down the steering a little and I put 50 lbs. presure in the 400 lb rated tires which are 3.25x16s

    pot holes ****!!!!

Are you worried about and side loading of them front wire wheels in a turn?

I would be scared to deather to try and turn at any speed, like in an emergency situation...
Spokes aren't made so side loading...

Wicked looking car, nice job. I would maybe have to tilt the radiator/shell back though.
