Hot Rod leather hood straps

    Get the springs from Restoration Supply and the buckles/leather/rivets from a harness maker or tack shop. The brass flip over is for a draft horse collar. The coachman loops are stainless steel from West Marine. Made both of these setups for short bucks.

    i used hot rod leather straps on my hood they are the "y" type. pics under 32 ford in my albums
