Demon, those prices are complete bargains, in fact I'd be wary.
I've chopped cars before but never a rounded 40s jobby like yours, I reckon it would be a ton of work and I would definately charge more than 2K.
Tomsilk, I'm no ***ual intellectual, I just have a very twisted sense of humor.
BTW futons are not that hard to put together, water beds are a different story.

demon, you remind me of Kojack. slow down and learn first. don't **** up that car, just get it running and enjoy if while you learn what you need to learn to do it right. I'm no master mechanic myself, but damn, it's obvious you have a huge learning curve to get to the point where you even think about chopping a car or doing an engine swap. This is not a insult dude, just pull get comfortable in your comp. chair and read lurk here somemore. Go and meet some guys who work on old tin in your area, and ask them all these questions. In time, you'll see it happen with your own eyes,
then, you will become the jedi you can be. oh, and don't put a visor on it. That is a sick car, all I'd do to it for now is lower it, try and rub that paint out a little and get it on the road with some wide whites and caps. good luck

No I have never seen it, just a couple pix. I'm not even sure I like the frontend, but kinda like the fade aways.

The Car will be worked in about a month. New Pictures will soon be posted. The wait is over.

It's been nearly 3 years since this, the car remains the same. I am asking those folks who have knowledge of what front end and rear end's will work.

Please list any following GM vehicles chasis in which will fit with minimal to moderate modification to the 1948 Chevrolet Stylemaster, thanks for you help!
