  5. This a panel that is on going. I'm doing it to figure out if I like the layout. I've got a 2ft x 4ft steel basecoat/clearcoat black painted panel I am making for these guys at the "Broken Dream Cruise", I enjoy bearing gifts. :D

PPoC glad to see you cranking em out again they look great.

Altered did you buy those pannels like that or are you painting them they look great. You notice our stripping styles are kind of similar.

Ok is it striping or stripping which is the ***y dancer or should I say which one pulls lines and which one is doing lines.

  8. Very observant Mr. DIRTYT, I won it a the "Treasure Chest" gentlemens club.....and you thought I don't get around the Detroit Metro area. :D :p

I've never gotten up the nerve to post any pictures in the art show before, so this'll be my first. I found two old galvanized milk coolers in my garage when I moved into my new house. They have a "Wilson's Dairy" logo painted on the front. As soon as I saw them I thought they should be striped. Today I went to Painter's Supply to pick up a couple new colors of 1-Shot, including this Ivory, and found out they carry Mack brushes. So I finally have a good old 00 Mack. I was using the "Mach One" before. It was okay, but this is much better. So, here it is (in poor lighting)...

This is a project I've been having fun with for the past couple of years..these are called 'Carp!' Theyre cast resin, hand made and painted by me..they're goldfish with the front ends of fifties cars..there's six models so far..this is most of them I think..I sell 'em at shows for $75-$100 bucks depending on the paintjob. I've enjoyed this project as its given me the chance to really explore color for the first time. Sold a mess of 'em...lol

..............."OK?"...........by all means! My scanner isn't large enough. For those that don't know, Drew did this drawing of my "dream car" as part of a HAMB auction that I was lucky enough to win. Imagine that?? Support the HAMB and wind up with some killer art work! Don't get much better than that. Thanks again Drew............;)

Anyone know if there's a forum out there like the HAMB, but for art? I've found a couple forums, but they have been total, and I do mean total, dog****.
